Cemetarian has been open for business on Etsy since 2008. The current owner of Cemetarian . has sold Cemetarian products all over the world since 2015. All Digital Products are currently offered via download on Etsy or via email delivery.

In order to email some products, your information (name and email) may be required for fulfillment or shipping purposes only. Your personal information is only used to send you your product and communicate about your order.

Cemetarian does not sell or share your information with any third party without your knowledge. Due to US Federal Law, we are required to keep your sales information on file for 7 years (see IRS Publication 583). This information will include: Name, email, address, order information etc. This information is currently stored only in Google Cloud and is destroyed every 7 years unless an audit is required.

Your payment information is processed by Etsy, not Cemetarian. Cemetarian has no access to your credit card or payment information. Please see Etsy’s privacy policy detailing out this information.
